It would be a match made in New York Football heaven:
The Giants, owning the first-overall pick of the 2026 draft, with no need for a franchise quarterback.
The Jets, desperate for a new franchise quarterback and armed with the draft capital to go get one.
The Giants losing to the Vikings on Sunday then losing at Las Vegas the next week, then losing to the Cowboys to end the season — anathema to the embattled players and coaches — would almost certainly lock up the top pick over the Titans.
