Anthony, the former No. 15 pick in the 2020 Draft, is averaging 6.7 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 42.4% overall and 30.6% on 3-pointers. He has served solely as a backup in Milwaukee and will likely do the same in Phoenix behind Collin Gillespie and Jordan Goodwin.
Phoenix (31-20) has exceeded many experts’ prognostications by remaining in the Western Conference’s playoff chase all season. Trading for Anthony should allow it to maintain that spot as it will reduce the wear and tear on Gillespie, Goodwin and its other guards.
Williams was acquired by the Suns last season and has gone from a starter in 2024-25 to a deeper reserve this season. He’s averaging 3.2 ppg and 3.3 rpg while shooting 49.3% overall, his lowest mark since his rookie season.
Hayes-Davis (1.3 ppg, 1.2 rpg) is a deep reserve for the Suns and a former Wisconsin standout, while Coffey (2.4 ppg) will head West after signing with the Bucks as a free agent last summer.
