Pasco welcomes Kevin Hebdon as new finance director December 29

PASCO, Wash. – Kevin Hebdon will begin his new role as Finance Director for the city of Pasco on Monday, December 29.

Hebdon brings over 16 years of experience in government finance and leadership, much of it within the Pasco community, the city said in a release.

Hebdon recently served as the Accounting Manager for Ben Franklin Transit. He previously held the position of Executive Director of Fiscal Services for the Pasco School District for six years. His professional journey also includes roles in accounting, procurement and audit oversight.

City Manager Harold Stewart expressed his enthusiasm for Hebdon’s appointment, highlighting his experience and community dedication.

“We are pleased to welcome Kevin Hebdon as Pasco’s new Finance Director,” said Stewart. “Kevin brings strong financial stewardship, an in-depth understanding of public-sector operations and a longstanding commitment to this community.”

Hebdon will manage the city’s financial operations, which include budgeting, financial reporting and long-term financial planning.
