Nevada warns of rising cryptocurrency ATM scams in Las Vegas

The Nevada Secretary of State’s office has issued a warning about an increase in scams involving cryptocurrency or Bitcoin ATMs, particularly in Las Vegas. Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar highlighted the issue, noting that these scams are relatively new and advised the public to be aware of red flags.

Aguilar also mentioned that Senate Bill 76 was passed to assist victims of investment fraud.

The bill aims to provide support and resources to those affected by such scams.
