The Columbia Police Department is searching for one suspect regarding an investment scheme.
The department stated they were searching for Charles Spencer Burri and any of his potential victims.
According to the police department, Burri is the owner and operator of Burri Asset Management LLC and has a warrant out for his arrest.
Burri solicits money for “crypto currency investments” from individuals in the area.
The department said that once Burri receives the money, he stops responding to the victims.
They believe he has stolen thousands of dollars.
