Hong Kong-based Buyandship, a leading cross-border ecommerce platform, has raised US$12 million in the first close of its Series C funding round, strengthening its expansion and technology roadmap. The round saw participation from investors including Mitsubishi Logistics Corp. Ventures, DLK Advisory, MemeStrategy, Cool Japan Fund, and Altara Ventures, highlighting growing confidence in the company’s global commerce model.

The fresh capital from the Buyandship Series C fundingwill be deployed to accelerate AI automation, pursue global mergers and acquisitions, and support the company’s planned entry into the US market. These initiatives aim to enhance operational efficiency and expand Buyandship’s footprint in high-growth ecommerce regions.

Founded in 2014, Buyandship focuses on enabling AI-driven global shopping, allowing consumers to purchase products from international markets seamlessly. The company leverages big data, social commerce, and artificial intelligence to simplify cross-border buying, logistics, and delivery.
