The Delivery Conference will return to London in early February with an agenda centred on AI in eCommerce delivery, alongside a speaker line-up that includes Mary Portas, Google DeepMind AI strategist Arka Dhar and closing keynote Richard Ayoade.
Metapack and ShipStation host the event, known as TDC. It takes place across two days at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. Organisers said the programme will draw senior leaders from more than 500 global brands across retail, eCommerce and logistics.
The conference opens with customer user groups and a welcome reception on the first day, followed by the main conference programme on the second day. The agenda lists more than 20 sessions, spanning technology, sustainability, customer experience and cross-border delivery.
Metapack and ShipStation sit within Auctane, which owns a portfolio of shipping and logistics software brands. Auctane Chief Executive Al Ko said the conference will focus on how delivery operations change as retailers apply AI and data across fulfilment and last-mile processes.
“TDC 2026 is focused firmly on the future,” states Al Ko, CEO at Auctane, Metapack and ShipStation’s parent company. “As delivery becomes more intelligent, AI and data are fundamental to how retailers scale and compete for customers with increasingly high expectations. This year’s programme explores how predictive intelligence, automation, and real-time decision making are actively reshaping everything from fulfilment and last-mile operations to customer promise and profitability. TDC 2026 is designed to empower today’s leading brands to move beyond experimentation and embed intelligence in the areas of their businesses that will lead to tangible impact,” finishes Ko.

Organisers named BAFTA-winning comedian, writer, director and presenter Richard Ayoade as the closing keynote speaker. The agenda positions his session as a look at cultural and technology shifts affecting eCommerce and logistics.
The speaker list also includes retail consultant and broadcaster Mary Portas, who founded Portas UK. Arka Dhar, AI Strategist at Google DeepMind, will appear in a session with Portas and Ko. Organisers described the discussion as focused on the human aspects of retail and delivery in a technology-led environment.
Other named speakers include Emma Clarke, Senior Director of Product Management at Metapack, and Matthew Trattles, VP Product, ShipStation API. The programme also includes Richard Lim, alongside retail analysts and executives from logistics, software and retail companies.
The list of panellists includes Oksana Dambrauskaite, Digital Operations Leader at Decathlon UK. It also includes Matthew Mitchell, Director of Global Sales E-commerce at FedEx, and Andrew Norman, SVP & GM EMEA, Commerce.
Agenda themes
Sessions cover predictive analytics, automation and real-time decision making, according to the agenda summary. Organisers also highlighted content on cross-border delivery and sustainability, alongside workshops and panel discussions.
One session billed as a trends debrief will feature research presented by Richard Lim on AI in delivery. Organisers said the study will address predictive analytics, operational efficiency and customer experience. The agenda also includes a panel led by Chloe Thomas, Podcast Host at eCommerce MasterPlan Podcast, on fulfilment strategy.
Metapack and ShipStation plan an on-stage segment described as a showcase of AI and data-driven innovations. Organisers said it will focus on automation and predictive intelligence in fulfilment and logistics operations.
Exhibitors and networking
An exhibition hall will include 30 exhibitors, according to the organisers. They said the exhibition will focus on eCommerce delivery technology, alongside networking across retailers, carriers and technology suppliers.
The event programme ends with a closing party with live music and a performance from Alexandra Burke, a British music and West End performer and a former X Factor winner.
The organisers said the conference programme will bring together analysts, founders and operators from retail and delivery. They also said the agenda will keep its focus on AI-powered delivery and related innovations discussed across keynote sessions, panels, workshops and product showcases.
