Michael Scotto: Chicago, they have a ton of expiring contracts. I’ve heard from GMs around the league that the Chicago Bulls have been very active on the trade market. I’m not sure what it’s going to materialize, but when you have a large chunk of your roster on expiring contracts, one way or the other, whether it’s through the trade market or free agency, there are going to be changes there.
