This job description is for a position at Manhead UK, LTD., which is wholly owned subsidiary of US based Manhead, LLC.
UK E-Commerce & Brand Manager
Manhead UK LTD is seeking a driven individual, accompanied by an experienced background within E-commerce operations and Brand Management. The successful candidate will need to have a broad knowledge of the merchandise industry with the ability to use their initiative.
Reports to: Director of Operations.
E-Commerce Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and maintain and UK/EU E-commerce stores, accompanied by our IT team.
- Collaborate with the US E-commerce account managers to align and execute global activations, including album pre orders, evergreen ranges, seasonal drops etc.
- Work alongside our UK touring team to ensure tour returns are launched in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and advance inbound shipments with our 3PL (Remedy Fulfilment) following tour closures or e-comm production, ensuring stock availability aligns with store activations.
- Act as a key point of contact for Remedy Fulfilment on customer service matters logistics problem solving.
- Optimise Manhead UK/EU stores to improve conversion rate, and using marketing and automation tools such as Klaviyo and relevant third party applications.
- Liaise with Manheads UK accounting team to report on e-commerce activations and pre orders for royalty statements and financial reporting.
Brand Management Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling tour and e-commerce merchandise lines that maximise sales and profits while maintaining creative integrity, cohesive branding, and product quality for UK/EU clients.
- Collaborate with the US Brand Managers to adapt products for the UK and European markets, including sourcing blank alternatives and region specific solutions.
- Work directly with artist management and internal stakeholders to forecast upcoming tours or e-commerce activations, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Communicate relevant information regarding future events, tours and activations to the UK Touring and E-Commerce teams.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong working relationships with artist management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in e-commerce within the music merchandise industry.
- Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
- Broad knowledge of all music merchandising verticals, including E-commerce, Retail/Licensing, and Touring.
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based software tools, Shopify, Klaviyo, Monday or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Solid understanding of warehousing, fulfilment and logistics for domestic and international orders.
This role is remote, with regular travel to London required for meetings. Due to collaboration with US based teams, flexibility to work outside standard UK business hours will occasionally be necessary.
