UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — A virtual event to share the latest updates on the Penn State Finance Optimized Service Team (OST) will be held from 11 a.m. to noon on Feb. 12 via Microsoft Teams. Interested faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
The session will feature a deep dive into “hypercare,” the intensive support period designed to assist the University community during the transition to the new financial operating model on Feb. 24. Project leads will outline how this support will guide a smooth shift toward a streamlined, University-wide financial organization.
This session also will provide an opportunity for community members to ask questions. For those unable to attend the live session, the event will be recorded and posted to the Finance OST website for on-demand viewing.
The event was originally scheduled for 2-3 p.m. but has been moved to 11 a.m. to avoid a conflict with the upcoming research town hall.
