The 2026 NBA trade deadline is only a couple of days away.

And it could be a busy couple of days for the Memphis Grizzlies, who have been in the middle of trade rumors for the past few weeks. Those rumors start with star guard Ja Morant, who could be traded before the deadline at 2 p.m. CT on Feb. 5 after news broke on Jan. 9 that the Grizzlies would consider offers.

There’s plenty of other trade speculation across the NBA, and those headlines start with Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Other Grizzlies players could be trade targets. Santi Aldama, John Konchar and even Jaren Jackson Jr. have been the subject of trade speculation.

The Grizzlies beat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Feb. 2 to snap a six-game losing streak and now will be on an extended road trip. They play at Sacramento on Feb. 4, then face Portland on Feb. 6 and Feb. 7. They conclude the trip with a Feb. 9 game against Golden State and Feb. 11 against the Denver Nuggets.

Then comes the NBA All-Star break, and the Grizzlies will be off until they host the Utah Jazz on Feb. 20.

The Grizzlies are trading Jackson to the Utah Jazz along with John Konchar, Jock Landale and Vince Williams Jr. The Grizzlies are getting Walter Clayton Jr., Kyle Anderson, Taylor Hendricks, Georges Niang and three future first round picks, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Jaren Jackson Jr. on trade deadline rumors: ‘You have to be a pro’

“You have to be a pro about it,” Grizzlies’ forward Jaren Jackson Jr. said on Feb. 2 after the Grizzlies beat the Timberwolves. “You have to be a pro every day, coming into work doing what you’re asked and being ready to play. At the end of the day, being out there on the court is the most fun part of all this, so get your mind right for that and let everything play out.”
