A Singapore-based cryptocurrency company operating in Douglas County since 2018 has applied for a commercial building permit for the construction of a 65,879 square-foot AI data center near Pangborn Memorial Airport.
Located at 624 Urban Industrial Way, Ant Creek LLC owns the nearly 4-acre parcel where five data buildings and a single administrative building sit on the property. As part of this project, the buildings would be demolished and replaced with a new AI data center.
