The Super Bowl concluded last weekend with the Seattle Seahawks taking home the Lombardi Trophy following a win against the New England Patriots. For the Seahawks and Patriots — and most importantly, the Denver Broncos — the 2026 NFL offseason begins now.
Bleacher Report’s Alex Ballentine recently compiled a list of potential trade targets for each NFL team, and when it comes to the Broncos, he has some interesting but worthwhile trade targets. One of them would reunite Broncos head coach Sean Payton with New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamala. Ballentine also linked Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman and Las Vegas Raiders tight end Michael Mayer to Denver.
Ballentine believes Pittman is a receiver who could help put Sean Payton’s squad over the top, and he described Mayer as a younger, more cost-effective option than veteran Evan Engram. He also proposed Kamara as a “sidekick to RJ Harvey.”
The NFL’s new league year — and free agency — will begin in March. If the Broncos are interested in making trades, such deals wouldn’t become official before next month.
